Online Customer Return Policy

We fully guarantee your satisfaction! This means we will gladly exchange an item or refund your credit card for any purchase you are not 100% satisfied with, if returned unworn, all tags attached, and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.  Returns must have a Return Merchandise Number, so don't forget to first email us at service@kristinit.com to request an RMA number or call 323-428-3221.

Goods will be inspected before a return or exchange. A 35% restocking fee will be charged to all items postmarked past the due date. We will not accept returns postmarked 21 days after receipt of merchandise.

Online Customer Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of order via UPS. For special pre-orders, please refer to the individual product detail page for shipping times.

We will use your information solely for processing your order and communicating with you regarding shopping at Kristinit website. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
